Well what can I say 2010...it's been interesting....
There are a few highlights I'll always hold close to my heart. Camping in the rain with the Barnet crew at the Green Man festival, watching my husband rule the dance floor at Jk and Angela's wedding, visiting Moet in Champagne and tasting their new pink bubbles, ski-ing at Saint Foy. Oh, and watching my daughter happily chase after birds before grabbing her for a quick selfie (here). It's not often us ladies are found waiting for the boys to finish shopping....
So 2011, I have high hopes for you! Dan and I have agreed this will be our 'yes' year where we agree to try anything that might enrich our life experience in some way. I've spent far too long in the confines of comfort, so this is it, here we are...a brand new year, a brand new us. Bring it!

Blue sky at last
What a difference a bit of vitamin D makes! We've been in Australia for ten days now and we are happy with our decision to move here...so far. The sun shines most days, the sky is blue (and sometimes scattered with a few frumpy clouds like this one), the food is good and the people sooooo laid back. Quite different to what we're used to in the UK. I have high hopes for a good life here...
